Home Equity Line of Credit

  • Variable Rate - Wall Street Journal Prime + ½% with a floor of 4.50%* during draw down period, fixed rate at Wall Street Journal Prime + 3.0% with a floor of 4.50%* and ceiling of 12.0%* during amortization period.

**APR is Annual Percentage Rate, the rate is effective as of May 30, 2017 and may be withdrawn at any time. Loans for a MINIMUM of $10,000 and MAXIMUM of $500,000. 1-4 family Primary residence only. Maximum Loan to Value 75%. The Annual Percentage Rates (APR) are variable, and are based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. As of June 15, 2017, the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate = 4.25%; thus the current APR is 4.75%. Rates are subject to change. The line converts to fixed rate set at Prime +3.00% APR with a floor of 3.75% APR and cap of 12.00% APR, after 10 year draw period, for the next 20 year repayment period of equal monthly payments of principal and interest. Monthly payment example; for each $1,000 borrowed at 4.50% APR for one year, payment is $3.75. Monthly payment does not include payment for taxes or insurance and the actual payment may be greater. There is a $300.00 cancellation fee if the Home Equity Line is closed/cancelled within 60 months of the date of the note. In order to open and maintain an account, certain fees and charges must be paid to us and to third parties (such as appraisers, credit reporting firms, and government agencies). These fees generally total between $15.00 and $5,000.00. Property insurance must be carried on the property that secures the plan. Flood insurance may be required. Monthly payment does not include payment for taxes or insurance and the actual payment may be greater. Other rates and conditions may apply. Home Equity Loan is available as a first or second lien on owner-occupied, primary residences and can be the only Home Equity Loan on your property. Property insurance is required.
